Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Help Desk: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and updating of IT systems, including software installations and updates.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
  • Project Assistance: Support IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Basic knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting would be an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively with guidance
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Customer service orientation with good interpersonal skills.
