Position Summary
The IT Intern will be involved in IT infrastructure management and provides an opportunity to contribute significantly to our operational success.
Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
You will play an essential role to:
- Assist in the labeling of network switches across the infrastructure.
- Ensure accurate and consistent labeling in accordance with established guidelines.
- Cable testing to ensure the latency is good.
- Document and update network configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist to prepare content for Cybersecurity awareness.
- Report progress and any issues encountered to the IT Infrastructure Manager.
To be successful in this intern role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related discipline with latest CGPA of 3.00
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
