As a Coca-Cola intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Digital Technology and Services department.

Location: Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana, Petaling Jaya

Internship intake: September / October

Internship duration: 6 months

As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:

• Primarily support finance, procurement and legal applications within the Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei region. Application in used are the following and may change in future such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, Simply Contract, E-Invoice, ESKER AP Invoice, Statement Of Account, Business Travel Authorization & Simple Claim Solution.
• Maintain SAP workflows (Credit/Debit Note, Sales Order Credit and Purchase Order).
• Support bi-weekly customer statement of account/empties and month/year end close.
• Lead and follow up weekly meeting with each respective application vendor to ensure all issues are addressed in timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
• Analyze issues reported by users, resolve issues with or without vendor support.
• Perform necessary training with users if required.
• Perform necessary testing and work together with users, global team, and vendors to ensure issues are resolved on time by priority.
• Follow process for system change management to ensure that change is in compliance with audit requirements.
• Ensure quarterly access review is being done for the supported application.

What We're Looking For:

• Open for local students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement, or interested students up to their final year in their program.
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics Management Information Systems or any related field.
• Minimum attachment period of 6 months.
• Creative thinkers with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
• Active involvement in extra-curricular activities or participating members of committee groups.
• Willing to be based at the PJ office, Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana.
