Location: Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana, Petaling Jaya

Internship intake: March/April 2026

Internship duration: 6 months

What You'll Do

• Support the execution and rollout of digital initiatives such as the Distributor Management System, B2B Application, and Sales Force Automation (SFA) Application.
• Assist project teams in coordinating activities related to system implementation and enhancements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, system functionalities, and configurations.
• Support the development and execution of test plans to validate system functionality, reliability, and compliance with company standards and project methodologies.
• Assist in identifying defects, tracking issues, and validating fixes.
• Provide day-to-day support to users by assisting with system enhancements, bug fixes, service requests, and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective system support and maintenance in line with contractual agreements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Support user training and knowledge-sharing activities as required.

What We're Looking For

• Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement or interested students up to their final year in their program
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or any related field.
• Minimum attachment period of 6 months.
• Creative thinkers with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
• Active involvement in extra-curricular activities or participating members of committee groups.
• Willing to be based at the PJ office, Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana.
