Location: Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan

Internship intake: March/April 2026

Internship duration: 6 months

What You'll Do

• Support the team in coordinating digital solution initiatives across the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and documentation to testing and post-deployment follow-ups.
• Assist in liaising with business users, IT teams, and vendors to track requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure solutions meet expected standards.
• Help monitor system performance and user feedback, and support the team in identifying issues and documenting improvement opportunities.
• Participate in digital solution deployment activities that enhance Supply Chain processes, efficiency, and visibility across the organization.
• Support requirement translation by documenting business needs and preparing materials that help bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations to support project updates and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement or interested students up to their final year in their program
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or any related field.
• Minimum attachment period of 6 months.
• Creative thinkers with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
• Active involvement in extra-curricular activities or participating members of committee groups.
• Willing to be based at our office in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan
