Job Responsibilities
ERP & Digital Transformation
- Lead end-to-end ERP transformation project to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including planning, system design, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimisation.
- Serve as ERP project owner and subject matter expert, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and external consultants.
- Standardise business processes and drive system enhancements to support manufacturing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
IT Operations Management
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, hardware, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and implement IT governance, policies, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and performance to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to build internal capabilities.
- Provide strategic IT advisory to management, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE, Food Safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation/migration, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (mandatory).
Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain integration, and financial systems.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external system integrators.
