[Job Overview]
You will be responsible for leading IT operations in a setup and stabilization phase.
Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency
Lead IT operations and align technology strategies with business objectives
Assess and stabilize the current IT infrastructure
Align IT systems and governance with HQ
Manage vendors involved in system implementation
Establish and strengthen local IT policies, procedures, and security controls
1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, intranet, and internet infrastructure.
Ensure reliable network connectivity and performance across all departments.
Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and manage system upgrades as required.
Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections to ensure optimal network security and performance.
2. Server & System Administration:
Manage company servers, storage systems, and virtualization environments.
Ensure the stability and efficiency of core IT systems such as file servers, application servers, email servers, and backup systems.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and IT hardware.
3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection:
Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and system vulnerability checks.
Ensure timely application of system updates, patches, and antivirus measures.
Safeguard sensitive data and manage user access controls and authentication systems.
4. IT Operations & Support:
Supervise IT support staff and ensure efficient resolution of user issues and service requests.
Maintain and manage company IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and communication devices.
Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data recovery testing.
Provide technical guidance and support to users across all departments.
5. Strategy, Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Identify and recommend technology improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementation, and infrastructure enhancement.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to achieve department objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and provide effective IT solutions.
Ensure clear documentation of IT systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Provide regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and improvement plans to management.
MUST TO HAVE:
Minimum 5years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, and system administration
Proven experience in managing IT operations, including servers, networks
Strong knowledge of network architecture (LAN/WAN), firewalls, VPN, and cybersecurity fundamentals
Experience in vendor management and coordination for IT projects or system implementation
Team leading experience
