Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our KL-based team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, with expertise in IT infrastructure, project management, application management, desktop/Laptop management, familiar with and strong execution of new AI tools. Fluent in English, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. This role will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting strategic IT initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage and Cloud service, to ensure stability and scalability.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures to protect against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects from planning to execution, coordinating with internal/external teams and vendors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex IT issues and maintain seamless business operations.
• Application Development & Management: Provide high-level design and coordinate with internal/external teams and vendors to develop, manage and operate the application

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of IT management experience, preferably in Health Care, Insurance related industry.。
• Languages: Fluent in English, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, security & compliance related practices, cloud solutions, and project management tools. familiar with ISO27001 & SOC 2 type II practices are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Health Care or Insurance industry, is a plus.
