Job Description:

Lead enterprise monitoring and observability platforms (BMC ITOM, Dynatrace)
Oversee real-time alert monitoring, event correlation, and incident escalation
Ensure high availability of infrastructure and applications across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
Manage 24x7 Operations Command Center (OCC) and system monitoring teams
Drive incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and reduce MTTR
Improve monitoring effectiveness by reducing alert noise and enhancing automation
Support onboarding of new applications and infrastructure into monitoring systems
Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM platforms for automated incident management
Provide dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics for service reliability and SLAs
Collaborate with IT operations, DevOps, and application teams for issue resolution and improvements
