Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to oversee .NET-based projects and manage offshore teams, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and smooth project execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of .NET development and support projects
  • Manage and coordinate offshore delivery teams for quality and timely outcomes
  • Implement and maintain ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
  • Drive governance, documentation, and process compliance
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation across delivery workflows

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of IT Operations or Delivery Management experience
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, governance, and documentation standards
  • Hands-on experience managing .NET projects and offshore delivery models
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow
  • ITIL certification preferred (PMP or equivalent is a plus)
