Job Overview
The IT Manager will lead the development and execution of IT strategies, ensure compliance and security, manage core systems and infrastructure, and align local operations with global governance to support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an IT roadmap aligned with mid-to-long-term business goals.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA and strengthen cybersecurity measures.
- Oversee ERP, CRM, and mobile application systems for sales and service operations.
- Maintain stability and security of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage IT budgets, foster local IT talent, and optimize global IT guidelines.
- Negotiate and manage SLAs with vendors and lead cloud migration initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing IT for an overseas subsidiary of a global company.
- Strong understanding of HQ subsidiary collaboration.
- Expertise in ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong background in large-scale PMO, enterprise system implementation, IT budget optimization, and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
