• Work closely with IT PMs & Business PMs to ensure smooth management of all administrative and support office operations within assigned projects and related initiatives.
• Assist IT PMs & Business PMs to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of initiative statuses (including achievements, milestones, and value reporting) to management committees and Boards.
• Assist in the compilation, finalisation, and coordination of project documentation, including obtaining relevant sign-offs and ensuring proper filing.
• Assist in facilitating project meetings, including documenting meeting outcomes, minutes, and follow-up of action items.
• Support the preparation and updating of project documents and control artefacts (e.g. Risk, Issues, Change Request logs and checklists).
• Coordinate across IT and Business teams to consolidate project progress, status updates, and benefits tracking for reporting to relevant governance committees (e.g. GTLC, GDTC, GMC).
• Support overall project coordination across teams, including reporting, budgeting, administration, meetings, and documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and benefits realisationagainst the approved Project Plan, and follow up on delays or dependencies.
• Monitor and track risks, issues, and change requests (CR), ensuring timely mitigation, resolution, and follow-through of agreed actions.
• Support other ad-hoc project-related tasks or initiatives as assigned by IT & Business PMs
