Support governance, planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery control of IT projects and programs within the banking environment. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timeline, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Governance & PMO Support
- Support governance activities across IT projects and programs.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, standards, and PMO processes.
- Ensure compliance with project methodology, stage gates, and approval processes.
- Coordinate project reviews and governance meetings.
Project Planning & Tracking
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Track project progress and identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Consolidate project status reports and dashboards for management.
- Support project resource planning and allocation.
Financial & Budget Management
- Track project budgets, actual spending, forecasts, and variances.
- Assist in procurement, vendor management, and invoice tracking.
- Prepare financial reporting for IT portfolio governance.
Risk, Compliance & Audit
- Ensure projects comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain project risk and issue registers.
- Support audit activities and remediation tracking.
- Monitor adherence to security, operational risk, and governance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate communication among business users, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and executive reports.
- Escalate issues and support decision-making processes.
Portfolio & Reporting
- Produce portfolio dashboards and KPI reports.
- Track project health indicators and delivery performance.
- Support demand management and project prioritization.
