Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in IT procurement, vendor management and contract management in banking or financial domain.

Experience in financial analytical tools are an edge.

ROLE PURPOSE

To assist supervisor to manage and monitor the delivery of efficient, effective and customer oriented

services in the area of Procurement for Digital Technology Sector in accordance to the established policies

and guideline with the agreed expectations and timeline to maximise the value to the benefit to the Bank.

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in IT/ Accounting / Finance/

Business Studies or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in IT procurement / vendor management in procurement department or contract management. Experience in financial analytical tools are an edge.

• At least 3 years of management experience, with demonstrated ability in coordinating and planning work activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate and professional documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a commitment to thorough follow-up and timely completion of tasks.
• Prior experience in IT procurement is preferred and will be considered an added advantage. Knowledge of vendor management, procurement procedures, and IT purchasing processes is highly desirable.
