Role Purpose
The IT & Digital Procurement Specialist manages end-to-end procurement activities for IT, Digital, and Technology-related goods and services, including software, SaaS, cloud, digital platforms, data, cybersecurity, and professional services. The role partners closely with IT, Digital, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, governance, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Digital Sourcing
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement for IT and digital categories including:
- Software licenses, SaaS, cloud platforms
- Digital tools, data platforms, analytics, AI solutions
- Cybersecurity solutions and IT infrastructure
- IT & digital professional and managed services
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with IT and digital roadmaps
- Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations
Vendor & Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, and contract structures for IT and digital vendors
- Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and termination strategies
- Partner with Legal on contracts covering licensing, data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements
- Drive vendor performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a key procurement partner to IT, Digital, and Cybersecurity teams
- Translate business and digital requirements into effective sourcing strategies
- Support budget planning, demand management, and savings initiatives
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, DoA, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Support risk management for digital vendors, including data protection and cybersecurity considerations
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, reporting, and audit trails
Process & Capability Improvement
- Identify opportunities for spend consolidation, vendor rationalization, and cost optimization
- Support and improve e-procurement tools and digital procurement processes (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices across IT & digital procurement
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, Digital, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years experience in IT, Digital, or Technology procurement
- Strong exposure to software licensing, SaaS, cloud, and digital platforms
- Solid contract negotiation and commercial management experience
- Experience with ERP / e-procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)

Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in regional or global procurement environments
- Exposure to digital transformation, AI, data, or cybersecurity sourcing
- Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage
