Role:

The IT Product Analysis Specialist is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams to design scalable solutions, support system integrations, validate product functionality through testing, and drive continuous process improvements. The specialist ensures that technology solutions align with business objectives while enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an excellent user experience.

Job Description
Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Technical Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Identify technical constraints, risks, and opportunities during solution design.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project managers.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Integration:

  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  • Support integration of systems, APIs, and data flows across platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Support QA processes, including reviewing test plans and validating technical requirements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered product meets business expectations.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for technical and operational improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities.

Key Technical Competencies

  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience analyzing APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to create process flows and technical documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile product teams.
  • Strong understanding of UAT, defect management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

6+ years of relevant experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably specialization inArtificial Intelligence.
