Responsibilities
- Manage large and complex transnational projects, establish project management procedure and project plan, lead the project team to achieve goals efficiently.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track project progress, coordination project resources, and maintain good cooperation with external parties. Identify risks and problems timely and develop solutions to avoid delays and overbudget.
- Regularly analyze project status and submit project reports to relevant parties, ensure the information is accurate and complete.
- Establish and maintenance the project team knowledge base, collect the best practices of project, upgrade process and standards.
Qualifications
- Good project management skills, good understanding and practice of software engineering and agile project management.
- Excellent communication skill in English (verbal & written).
- More than 3 years working experience of PM or R&D management in IT industry, internet, finance or third-party payment work experience is preferred.
- Familiar with supplier management, be able to complete the project with multi suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, good at coordination and problem solving, able to adapt to different working environments.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, willing to challenge and constantly improve.
