What You Will Do
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs and projects
- Develop program strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Align stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors
- Identify and manage project risks while ensuring quality and governance standards
- Track program performance and present progress updates to senior management
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of IT project or program management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is an advantage
- Open to Malaysians, PR holders, or expats currently residing in Malaysia.
