IT Project Manager - EFM

Job Title: IT Project Manager Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) Platform

Contract Duration: 3 - 6 months

Availability: Can start immediately

Role Summary:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Medallia Enterprise Feedback Management platform, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce (Data, Marketing, Sales, Service Clouds), Customer Data Platform, Datamarts, and the PruServices portal. This role is part of the Customer Experience (CX) transformation program and requires strong coordination across teams, vendors, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Create and maintain sprint roadmaps
• Track milestones, risks, and blockers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Medallia, Salesforce, CX, PruServices)

1. Technical Delivery

• Manage API and SDK integrations
• Oversee data mapping, triggers, and real-time syncs
• Ensure compliance with security, PDPA, and internal policies

1. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as main contact for Medallia delivery team
• Work with internal/external developers and architects
• Align with CX and business teams on requirements

1. Testing & Go-Live

• Manage UAT and defect resolution
• Support data validation, failover, and live readiness
• Oversee stabilization and transition to BAU (Business-as-Usual)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science (or related)
• 5+ years IT project management (CX, CRM, Martech preferred)
• Experience with API/SDK integrations
• Understanding of customer data, feedback, and CX metrics (NPS, CSAT)
• Strong communication and stakeholder/vendor management skills
• PMP/Agile certification (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Financial services or regulated industry experience
• Salesforce knowledge
• Experience with customer portal/app feedback systems

Success Measures (KPIs):

• On-time delivery of sprint roadmap
• Integrations tested and live
• SDK embedded in PruServices portal
• Surveys (12 tNPS + 1 pulse) configured and triggered correctly
• Smooth UAT and Go-Live with minimal issues
