- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion within the specified timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices in project management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have experience in Banking/ Financial Instituition is a plus!
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing IT projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
