Job Title: ITProject Manager (Flexera / SAM)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Software Asset Management (SAM) and proven hands-on experience in Flexera implementation. The candidate will lead end-to-end SAM/Flexera projects, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency while managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAM/Flexera implementation projects from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units for smooth Flexera integration.

Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reports.

Ensure adherence to software compliance, licensing policies, and audit readiness.

Provide training and support on SAM best practices and Flexera usage.

Track KPIs and deliver projects within budget, scope, and time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

58 years of IT Project Management experience.

Minimum 3 years working on SAM/Flexera projects.

Proven expertise with Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite.

Strong knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc.).

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large enterprise environments.

Familiarity with other SAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow SAM, Snow Software).

Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
