Hiring: IT Project Manager (ITPM) – Banking Domain

Location: Damansara (Malaysia)

We are looking to expedite the hiring of an experienced IT Project Manager (ITPM) with strong exposure to Banking or Financial Services projects. Candidates with Wealth Management system implementation experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, and schedule

Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors

Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues proactively

Prepare management reports on project status and progress

Ensure alignment with PMO methodology and governance processes

Manage change requests and ensure proper approvals

Conduct post-project reviews and share improvement recommendations

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in IT or related field

Minimum 4+ years of Project Management experience

Experience in Banking / Financial Services preferred

Experience in Wealth system implementation is a strong plus

Familiarity with PM tools, SDLC, and project delivery frameworks

Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills

PMP certification is an added advantage
