Description
We are seeking multiple experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing network or database or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (preferably in insurance or banking environment) on time and within budget, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects focusing on network, database, and infrastructure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and constraints to maintain project quality and timelines.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards in project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in network, database, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts or database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with infrastructure management and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus.
