We are looking for an experienced
IT Project Manager to support and deliver technology solutions within our client's
Risk Management area.
This role focuses on making sure our risk-related systems are stable, well-maintained, and continuously improved to support the bank's business and regulatory needs.
What you will do- Lead and coordinate IT projects related to risk management systems (e.g. credit risk, operational risk, reporting systems)
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and new implementations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and following proper IT governance and SDLC processes
- Support system stability, including monitoring issues, coordinating fixes, and ensuring SLA compliance
- Manage end-to-end project activities from planning, testing, deployment to post-go-live support
- Ensure all solutions meet internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues
Who will use the systems
You will be supporting internal teams such as:
- Risk Management teams (credit, operational, and enterprise risk)
- Finance and reporting teams
- Compliance and audit stakeholders
- Senior management for risk reporting and decision-making
What we are looking for- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
- Around 8-10+ years of experience in IT project management
- Experience working in banking or regulated environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of project delivery (SDLC, Agile or Waterfall)
- Good stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience in system implementation, application support, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, or operational governance is a plus
Nice to have- Exposure to risk systems, credit systems, or financial reporting platforms
- Experience working with large, complex enterprise systems
- Understanding of disaster recovery, system availability, or IT controls
