The Role

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery within the banking sector. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget, while upholding strong governance and risk management practices.

What You'll Do

• Review and manage end-to-end project implementation, covering planning, risk management, quality control, vendor management and financial management

• Oversee deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress across multiple projects

• Prepare progress reports for key stakeholders covering project updates, risk mitigation, budget, resources and timelines

• Advise on IT governance processes, guidelines and systems improvement suggestions

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Infra and Delivery teams to ensure projects stay within scope, budget and timeline

• Develop and maintain project plans, risk/issue registers, and related documentation including approvals and sign-offs

• Coordinate testing, data migration, deployment and training activities based on technical and business dependencies

What We're Looking For

• At least 8 years of Project Management experience, including a minimum of 4 years in relevant industry experience

• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects through the full project lifecycle

• Experience in Treasury, Distribution, Market Data or Wholesale Banking systems (e.g. Murex, FinIQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is an added advantage

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project

• Strong leadership, people management and organisational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or equivalent; PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile/SCRUM certification preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently
