Our core focus is on the timely deliv ery of projects with great quality, resilience, and cost efficiency, all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects with excellence in project management, encompassing aspects such as time, cost, scope, quality, communication, and risk.

In addition to project management, stakeholder management and supporting pre-sales activities are essential responsibilities. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery with a strong emphasis on zero-defect quality, ensuring that code development adheres to security compliance before deployment to production.

Following ITIL processes for incident, problem management, and change management is crucial to maintain operational efficiency. Establishing service-level agreements (SLAs) and designing a robust support model for services will be part of your role. Effective leadership of the project team, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes, is also expected.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall success of projects, customer satisfaction, and the smooth operation of services within the organization.

As a Project Manager, having Warehouse Management knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Jira, and Confluence will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore, you have a good understanding ofPRINCE2/ PMP and ITIL. You are able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will certainly be useful.
