Responsible for ensuring that Project Delivery tools, methodologies and standards are understood and a cornerstone of the country IT strategy.
Responsible for the reporting and planning of IT Integration / Strategy and Planning projects.
Build strong working relationships with the Country Management teams.
Support the Program Leads in leading the project management processes for potential new business.
Contribution to improving the country business unit P&L through effective usage of IT services and solutions.
Responsible for all elements of the IT project implementation life cycle regarding country / cluster based projects.
IT budget management control project costs, deliver within budget.
Prepare and maintain the project plan and time scales control project time-scales, deliver on time.
Preparation of timely and accurate PMO reports.
Resource management and development direction, motivation, training and decision support to project staff. Recognise and manage differing skill sets, performance and conflicts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology and/or Computer Engineering
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Software Project Management and IT Project Delivery
Experience and exposure in 3PL or Logistics Operations is an added advantage
PMP Certification is an added advantage
Office location in Bayan Lepas or Shah Alam (no Hybrid Arrangements)
