Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
• Promote the Company's full range of IT solutions, products and services to corporate clients.
• Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the pre-sales and technical teams.
• Prepare proposals and quotations submissions within required timelines.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand business opportunities within customer organizations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and activity updates in the CRM/SAP system.
• Ensure timely follow-up on sales opportunities, customer inquiries and project implementations.
• Work closely with internal teams and business partners to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account receivables and ensure adherence to company credit terms.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, ERP or technology related industries.
• Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to understand customer business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Self-driven with a strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
