We are seeking an experienced IT Security Governance Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security governance, risk management, and compliance, and will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's IT security policies and procedures are effective and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of IT security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT security governance frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of security initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IT security controls and governance processes.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff regarding IT security policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT security governance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance processes.
• Experience with security auditing and assessment tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
