Job Title: IT & Security Manager, Southeast Asia
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Mercu 2)
About the Role
The IT & Security Manager will support regional IT operations, infrastructure coordination, user access management, IT governance support, and compliance-related activities across Beyondsoft Southeast Asia entities.
This role works closely with China IT teams, vendors, and local business stakeholders to support day-to-day IT operations, IT asset management, regional coordination, and ISO or certification-related documentation activities.
The role is operational and hands-on in nature, supporting both local and regional IT activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and endpoint support activities across Southeast Asia entities.
- Coordinate with China IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth IT support and service delivery.
- Manage IT assets, user access administration, onboarding/offboarding support, and IT operational records.
- Support implementation of IT security policies, access controls, and IT operational procedures.
- Coordinate follow-up actions for IT-related incidents and operational issues with relevant teams and vendors.
- Support ISO, audit, certification, compliance, bid, tender, or qualification documentation activities where required.
- Assist in preparing IT-related reports, SOPs, policies, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate IT-related projects, vendor support, office setup, and infrastructure activities across regional entities.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, regional IT coordination, or IT governance support.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, access control, and IT asset management.
- Familiarity with ISO, audit, compliance documentation, or IT governance support is an advantage.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-office IT operations is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and vendor management skills.
- Hands-on and operational mindset with ability to work independently across cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English. Mandarin communication ability is an added advantage due to coordination with China IT and regional stakeholders.
