To manage end to end budget management, including budget planning on CAPEX & OPEX, forecasting, spending, monitoring and reporting for projects assigned.
Assist in development of cyber security strategic plan and align cyber security investment priorities with the bank's cyber security strategic.
Lead and drive overall cyber security program initiatives for Maybank Group. Responsible to manage several projects at a time.
Facilitate of the weekly Project Working Committee (PWC) & Monthly Project Steering Committee (PSC) and its related activities for Maybank Group and regional countries and also monitor the effectiveness of the forums on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
Responsible to provide regular and consistent key initiatives/ projects status reporting to management and provide adequate decision support by reviewing and monitoring overall projects progress, budget/expenditure, key risks and issues, and escalate to management in a timely manner.
Keep abreast on emerging security technologies, market trend and build / maintain relationship with external experts to enable optimization and enhancement of security controls and security improvements recommendations.
Collaborate and provide support on the implementation of Maybank Group Cyber Risk Management Framework and it related activities and proactively provide advisory on security domains best practices.
Job Requirements:
Possess a professional qualification with a recognized Degree in IT/ Computer Science or related disciplines.
Over 6 years of experience in the IT Security and related disciplines, with at least 5 years in IT or IT Security.
Knowledge & experience in project management, tracking on timeline, scope & resources with at least 3-5 years experience.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, PRINCE or other related professional project certifications will be and added advantage
