Job Description
IT Management
Manage any IT infrastructure projects assigned by the company.
Assist on capex (capital expenditure) and budget forecast submission.
IT Infrastructure and Operation
Maintain the integrity of the company's network, server, database, and security deployment.
Provide change management, incident and problem management, and operational support for IT systems and devices.
Deliver technical documentation for infrastructure, control procedures, and operations.
Configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points to optimize network performance and security
Monitoring network performance using tools like Wireshark or SolarWinds and troubleshooting issues to prevent downtime
Designing network architecture that supports scalability, redundancy, and failover capabilities
Implementing network security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access
IT Security and Compliance
Implement, follow up, maintain, and assist in J-SOX ITCLC matters assigned by the HQ Information Security Department.
Cooperate with Japan HQ IT Network & Security Department to maintain security policies and guidelines.
Conduct IT security risk assessments and risk management based on the ISMS ISO 27001:2013 standard.
Plan and execute IT audit and technical consultancy assignments (including general IT controls, application reviews, and security assessments).
Coordinate IT security incident handling and investigations.
Others
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Minimum Degree or Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Certificate: Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIP are highly valued
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in IT network and patches managements services
Skill: Technical & management skills in IT infrastructure, ISMS policy, and hands-on SOP experience.
Language: English, Malay, Chinese, Japanese (Preferable Chinese or Japanese speaker)
