About the Role

We are looking for an IT Service Continuity & Operational Resilience Consultant for one of our client. This is an on-site work in Puchong. The consultant will join a global technology environment focused on:

• Operational Resilience
• IT Service Continuity Management
• Disaster Recovery readiness
• Crisis preparedness within distributed and international IT environments

There is a strong focus on Disaster Recovery scenarios involving physical datacenter loss, resilience governance, and continuity of critical IT services in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Operational Resilience and IT Service Continuity activities
• Maintain and improve Disaster Recovery Plans and IT continuity documentation
• Support resilience testing, monitoring, and remediation follow-up
• Coordinate with multiple entities and stakeholders globally
• Contribute to crisis readiness and resilience strategic initiatives
• Support Business Impact Analysis and risk evaluation activities

Qualifications

• Strong Disaster Recovery expertise
• Proven experience handling physical datacenter loss scenarios
• Experience in distributed IT environments
• Solid IT background
• Minimum 3+ years specifically in Disaster Recovery activities
• Strong communication skills in English

Pay range and compensation package

Education details: Bachelor's or master degree in information technology and/or other demonstrated learning path (eg. Bootcamp) can be accepted. Fluent English mandatory. Certification (ITIL is a +)
