Job Description

JD:-

Position : IT Service Desk (English & Mandarin)

No of resource required:- 1

Duration:- 6 Months

Location:- Malaysia (Cyberjaya or hybrid)

Rate : RM4,000-RM5,000 (Per month)

Candidate Preference: Only Locals

Notice Period: Immediate or less than a month

Candidate with 3-5 years of experience handling these types of issues:

  • Laptop/Desktop OS errors (Windows 10/11, macOS)
  • Application crashes or not responding on desktop/laptop
  • Software installation, updates, and uninstallation
  • Configuration of system settings, Slow system performance
  • Internet connectivity issues (VPN setup and troubleshooting)
  • Wi-Fi or LAN troubleshooting
  • Password resets and account lockouts
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup
  • Antivirus installation and scans
  • Printer setup and troubleshooting
  • Scanner or webcam issues
  • External monitor/display configuration
  • USB device recognition problems
  • Shared drive access issues
  • Cloud storage setup (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Data migration or syncing problems
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Email client configuration and troubleshooting
