IT Service manager

• Proficient in and possessed the ability to operate support and manage Windows, Linux, SAP and other systems.

• Proficient in supporting and maintaining middleware applications such as Tomcat, Nginx, IIS, WebLogic, MQ, etc.

• Have the ability and experience in DevOps/AIOps/automated O&M code development and writing.

• Familiar with backup and monitoring tool products such as NBU, Commvault, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Al model integration and monitoring tool integration.

• Experience in IT project management.

• Good learning ability; Cautious work attitude and good sense of responsibility; Good communication skills and excellent cross-team spirit; Excellent team management and project management skills

• 5-8 years of experience in large enterprise management

• Chinese & English (excellent reading, writing, listening and speaking skills)
