What's the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Software Engineer SAP Integration to join our global Central Technology team which is responsible for enabling integrations, content management and digital services across all business functions at Hilti.
You will have the opportunity to design, implement and maintain SAP Application to application(A2A) and Electronic Business to Business (eB2B) Integrations enabling 3rd party connectivity to our internal SAP enterprise systems utilizing our SAP Gateway, SAP SLT, SAP PI/PO, and SAP Cloud Platform (SCPI) Integration systems.

What does the role involve
As an experienced IT Software Engineer SAP Integration, you identify and analyze business requirements and transform these into Integration solutions based on customer needs and strategic requirements. You will be part of the team which is responsible to perform the administration, development, and operation of our SAP Integrations solutions namely SAP Gateway, SAP SLT, SAP PI/PO, and SAP Cloud Integration (SCPI).
You will be the technical owner of the SAP Gateway and SAP SLT systems ensuring that these systems are evergreened in terms of both system reliability and security which includes patching, security note implementation and overall system hardening,
This role would also give you the opportunity to be part of our future strategy to have fully integrated cloud Integration delivery utilizing SAP BTP's Integration suite and to put your own signature on how we do our enterprise integrations in the future.
Outside the day-to-day tasks, you will be involved in multiple cross functional projects that would require Integration expertise and support which would provide you the platform to connect with a huge audience of IT and business stakeholders.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or in a related field with Cumulative Grade point Average 3.0. Master's degree. is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in SAP NetWeaver Gateway working with OData, UI5 services.
- Minimum 3 years of working on SAP BASIS
- Solid hands-on experience in upgrading SAP NetWeaver based products such SAP Gateway and SAP SLT
- Solid Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Integration security implementation (UCONN, RFC callback etc.)
- Solid understanding of SAP ABAP development.
- Hands on experience working with SAP Landscape transformation (SLT)
- Experience in Integration related security such as certificate handling and authentication via certificate based or OAUTH2.
- End to end Integration capability including requirement analysis, conceptualization, design, configuration and testing of integration scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well balanced, adaptive communication style; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
- Fluent in English (verbally and written)
