The Role

Are you a seasoned architect ready to shape the future of insurance technology We're looking for an IT Solution Architect to design robust, scalable, and secure solutions across life, general, and health insurance domains. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead modernization and transformation initiatives, working at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology within the finance sector.

What You'll Do

• Translate insurance business requirements into scalable, secure IT solutions

• Design target-state architectures spanning policy, claims, underwriting, billing, and servicing systems

• Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications

• Lead architecture governance reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards

• Provide technical leadership to development and infrastructure teams

• Guide legacy system modernization and transformation programs

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend patterns for digital transformation

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in IT with 3+ years in a solution architecture role

• Strong domain knowledge in Life, General, Health, Bancassurance, and Takaful insurance

• Hands-on experience with microservices, API-first design, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and integration platforms such as API Gateway and Service Mesh

• Familiarity with ACORD standards and insurance regulatory frameworks

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
