Job Description
- Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions
- Design, develop, and support applications across MES, ERP, and related systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IT solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Provide system training and ongoing support to end users
- Participate in IT projects, including system enhancements and migration activities
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance and processes
The Successful Applicant
A Successful IT Solutions Analyst/ Developer (MES) Should Have
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in IT solutions, with exposure to MES or manufacturing systems
- Hands-on experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, .NET, or C#
- Good understanding of MES, ERP
- Familiarity with system integration and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with business users
- Clear communication skills and the ability to document requirements effectively
