This is a crucial role as the person will play the SME role for SPARK where he/she needs to go thru or understand the changes required in the system apart. He/she should be able to advise on impact or perform risk assessment for the application.
Experienced consultant with a strong ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into clear product specifications and well defined Definition of Ready user stories. Acts as a trusted advisor by effectively bridging business stakeholders and DevOps teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and fostering strong, trust based partnerships. Provides quality assurance leadership through the design and execution of comprehensive end to end testing strategies, including unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression testing. Highly effective in Agile and DevOps environments, managing impact analysis, documentation, and defect resolution. Demonstrate strong documentation and enablement skills by producing clear requirements, test cases, user guides, and interactive end‑user materials. Brings solid technical validation capabilities with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, along with required development skills and hands on AI capabilities for solution design and AI implementation.

As a IT Solutions Consultant, having ServiceNow CSM certification is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Window, Linux, Java, DB's and DevOps model will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a ServiceNow, DevOps and AI aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow CSM and good knowledge on the latest technological trend. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Ganes Raj and I'm the Head of Sub Domain. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2012, when I took a role as Product Manager of Middle Technologies in the Infra team. Gaining more hands on experience with IT has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Express Support team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Manager of Service Support role. In 2019, I moved to a management role, being Manager of Service Support Department and now I am Head of Sub Domain for CS department. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition. Looking forward to having you onboard!
