A versatile and results-driven IT leader with extensive experience bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions. Adept at defining solution architecture across diverse business domains (Shop floor, SCM, Operations, and IT) while enforcing robust governance, modern operating models, and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, executing end-to-end technical deployments, and navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a high-impact, bilingual environment.
Solution Architecture: Design and provide architectural blueprints and technical guidance across specialized business areas including Shop Floor, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Operations, and IT.
IT Governance: Establish and uphold IT operational standards, framework governance, and optimal SDLC processes.
Technology Advisory: Provide deep-dive technical guidance on modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud concepts, including:
Languages & Frameworks: C#, VB, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework, .NET Core
Web Technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap
Cloud Infrastructure: Azure
Operational Flexibility: Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs, executing ad-hoc assignments and strategic tasks directed by executive management.
Leadership & Human Resources: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams, handle conflict, and negotiate win-win outcomes.
Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical mindset focused on continuous optimization and business process innovation.
Bilingual Communication: Native or professional fluency in English allowing for seamless collaboration across regional and global teams.
Bachelor's Degreeor consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
