We are looking for a motivated IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that they can effectively use their IT systems and tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues for employees.
- Mandarin / Chinese / Cantonese language preferable and first priority
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Respond to support requests via email, phone, and ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Document and track issues and resolutions in the IT support database.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in IT support or Service Desk or a related field.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
