Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Assist users in logging IT service requests and incidents with relevant support teams.
- Configure and deploy new Oracle PCs and laptops for end users.
- Support IT-related project implementations, including VLM, RFID Gantry, Fast Lane, and AMR initiatives.
- Monitor and follow up on hardware repair activities with vendors and service providers.
- Submit and coordinate user access creation and maintenance for Oracle and OTM responsibilities.
- Perform troubleshooting and first-level support for LSP AWB systems during downtime or system issues.
- Set up and configure RF guns, barcode scanners, and mobile printers.
- Configure and maintain Part Default Locator settings in Oracle.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software versions for RFID handheld devices and RFID gantry systems.
- Configure IP settings and connectivity for Keysight devices and related equipment.
- Install and configure Telnet, Oracle GUI, and PuTTY applications for users.
- Configure and support Zebra industrial printers for warehouse and o perational use.
- Manage GlobalProtect VPN certificate renewals and user connectivity support.
- Provide end-user training and technical support to ensure efficient use of IT systems and devices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or operational environment.
- Knowledge of Oracle applications, OTM, networking, Windows operating systems, and printer administration.
- Experience supporting RFID solutions, RF scanners, mobile devices, industrial printers, and warehouse automation systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
