IT Support Engineer (End-user)

Our client is one of the prominent European organization in the industrial sector with proven track record and stable growth in Asia. Now, it is looking to hire a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to provide key IT and end-user support to its employees across South-East Asia. This role is based in Petaling, Selangor, Malaysia

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience with IT and end-user computing support across software, hardware, server and network especially VPN and remote support connectivity knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and resolving technical issues relating to desktops, laptops, printer, mobile phones as well as basic network troubleshooting including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
• Strong support and project experience with Microsoft and macOS environment
• Prior relevant experience with manufacturing company will be ideal
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
