We are looking for an IT Support Engineer, responsible for providing hands-on technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This role is based on Malaysia - Shah Alam
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.
- Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)
- Responding in a timely manner to service users issues and requests.
- Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
- Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.
