Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory including hardware and software licenses.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
- Perform regular maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in user training and provide guidance on IT best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of common software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
