Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and user accounts.
  • Support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and meeting room technologies.
  • Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and support IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, and backup systems.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, device lifecycle, and software licensing.
  • Handle incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve infrastructure and workplace technology issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and endpoint protection standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Workplace Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
