As an IT Support Intern at SRKK Group of Companies, you'll be an integral part of our technical team, contributing to the support and maintenance of our IT systems. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your knowledge in IT support and troubleshooting.
Assist in resolving IT issues and user requests in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and software-related problems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.- Assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and tasks.
Lives in Johor Bahru or close proximity.- Currently pursuing or recent completion of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT support field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a quick learner.
