Description

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Help maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and technical procedures.
  • Participate in the setup and configuration of new computers and IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve more complex issues and projects.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 02 years (Fresh Graduate/Student)
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer hardware and software, strong problem-solving skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
