IT System Support Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT System Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in system support, responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for clients IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on clients IT systems
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide solutions accordingly
• Install and configure new hardware and software systems
• Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support
• Document all technical procedures and configurations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT system support
• Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and software applications
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing, and network security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or cloud provider certifications)
