About This Role
As a System Administrator, in IT your role will be to manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers. you will be required to work with team locally and globally to perform various operation in server environment as deployment, troubleshooting and patching.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor server health on daily basis for optimum performance.
- Work together with team to plan, design and deploy new servers.
- Maintaining server health and security standards with regular patching.
- Maintaining and managing virtualisation environments and physical machines.
- Provide support to users in regard to Intune Auto pilot issues.
- Working as L2 provide assist for escalated issue from IT Support related to Windows and services, AD, File server, Auto pilot Intune enrolment and troubleshooting.
Position Requirements
- Good concept of virtualization environment and virtual servers /machine.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environment.
- Experience of managing, maintaining and providing support with enterprise AD environment.
- Knowledge of Azure AD and cloud identity providers.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and DFS.
- Basic knowledge of Firewall and policies / rules.
- Basic understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure.
